We stayed at the hotel on Saturday Feb 14th. Found two bites on me the evening of the 15th. No bites that nite. Hotel confirmed bed bugs were found.

I recently stayed here on Wednesday Jan 26th I had one of the nicest rooms , my spouse and I fell asleep around 2 am , my spouse and I then woke up at 7 am itching our bodies with bites everywhere. My skin however is very sensitive and my arms were swollen, wrists were swollen, elbows were swollen and my fingers were swollen. Gundersun hospital is next door so we walked over to the hospital and sure enough the doctor confirmed it was bed bug bites. I was prescribed a steroid cream. When I went back to the hotel I informed the front desk and the manager was trying to makes excuses stating that it happens in hotels and pretty much trying to justify the situation. Then she went on telling me that they recently had the problem in that particular room and just had it inspected a week or so before I had stayed there. So that was no good to hear. She apologized for the problem and tried to get me to stay there in the future and I said no. My clothes were left in the room the hotel main housekeeper was to wash them and dry them. When I was speaking to them I brought up how the bedding did not look like it was changed and the head housekeeper insisted it was. But it definitely was not. My arms are now swollen like balloons with bites everywhere my legs have bites everywhere my back does my fingers my elbows. I am in so much pain.

2023-08-19 Stayed in this room, had bedbugs crawling on the bed covers. Went to the front desk, and they were not the happiest to move to a different room. I talked to the manager, and this was not a first occurrence.
