4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Bed bug found and killed in bed on June 6, 2026 at about 9 am. Bug was brown and swollen and leaked blood when killed. We reported to hotel management and they dismissed our concerns, lying to us that it was not a bed bug despite clear photographic evidence. We requested a full refund but were denied. I contacted corporate and was also denied further refund or compensation.
