Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

1/27/19 Room 305 Room was not particularly clean when we checked in, but figured, only one night before our morning flight, we could deal with it. Discovered three bed bugs on a pillow as we were getting ready to to bed. All were alive and mobile! The nice front desk staff transferred us to another room without any questions.

We stayed Monday night the 26th of November. The next morning my arm was super itchy, didn’t know why. I was sitting on the bed putting on my makeup when I found the bed bug. I have pictures as proof. The manager gave only partial refund stating it was a flying bug not a bed bug. I’m not satisfied, I expect a full refund with an apology after waiting over a week for a call and have not received one.
