Woke up Tuesday morning, October 27th and saw a bug crawling on my sheet. Didn't think too much of it until I quickly realized that I had welts all over my body. Then looked at the wall behind my head board and saw more of the same crawling on the wall. Confirmed via Internet photo search that these were bed bugs. Told my two co-workers in separate rooms to pack their bags because we were moving to a different hotel. Told the desk clerk we were leaving (we were reserved for six nights for a job) and why and she got the manager. The manager offered no apology and stated they had just had their exterminator there the previous day and he found no bugs. Would not offer a refund and rudely told us to call Expedia who he said had taken our reservation. We had called the hotel directly to make the reservation and were referred by them to a third party who we mistakenly thought was part of the hotel staff. Still trying to get a refund. Will never stay at this property again.

8:30 AM on 11/08/2020 room 201 we called front desk about bedbug crawling on bed! Front desk clerk came up and she removed bedbug by placing it in a coffee cup! Hotel offered no refund or compensation!
