We stayed on a Saturday night (March 3, 2012), I notices red spots on my arm around noon the next day - the spots iched and became more swollen through out the day - I called the hotel and reported the issue and asked for a refund: they said I missed the manager, but left my number - it's 4 days later and still haven't received a call - I called the hotel again and Tina (manager) wasn't working today (March 8)- Steph said she saw the note and doens't think the manager plans on calling me and they don't beleive it was bed bugs. Steph said I need to call tomorrow morning if I want a chance of discussing this with the manager.
