Arrived at silver saddle hotel in Manitou springs on Thursday may 18th and stayed the night woke up at about 4am to a bed bug crawling on the pillow next to my daughter and I and then found a couple more after I woke up. We were not bitten that I had seen. I told the owners and he refunded my money and offered me a free room. He acted like he had no clue but drove by there a few days later and seen that he had booked our room already.

Booked two nights at the end of June 2025. Felt something biting as I slept and found bugs in the bed in the morning. I took photos of the bed bugs and the bite marks. I was told I would be refunded for the second night when I checked out early from room 319. A refund never came. The management refused to refund the money until they had an inspection done the following week! What kind of business waits a week for bed bugs to be treated? It's unethical to expose other guests and refuse to take responsibility. Stay at your own risk. This motel will take your money and could care less about taking responsibility for health and safety.
