My boyfriend and I stayed one night at the hotel (1/1-1/2) and didn't realize any bites on us until 1/3 after we arrived home to Houston, TX. Upon realizing the bites, I immediately contacted the hotel and spoke with an assistant manager Cory. He said the issue would be escalated to the GM But the GM would not be in until Thursday 1/5 and they would get in contact with him then. Today is 1/6 and I still have not heard anything back. I just contacted Priceline.com (who I booked the hotel through) and they also had not yet heard back from the GM and I should call them again later on today regarding a full refund. Only when I went to post my review on Yelp did I realize other customers had experienced the same thing. To my absolutely horror, dating back to 2015.
