Stayed in room 1051, Husband and I both had bites. I had 2 in a line on my arm, husband had 3. Yuck!

Stayed at green valley ranch in room 3031 from 9/21/22 to 9/24/22. On the morning of 9/24 my wife woke up with a bed bug on her and i realized that the bites on the back of my leg were from bed bugs that had bitten me the previous night. I contacted the front desk and security responded to take a statement and collect the bed bug and take a photo of my bites. We were left with large black garbage bags and all of our belongings were placed in them. After a second call to security, they came back to the room with the manager and all of our belonging were taken. We then were moved to room 8355. Our clothing was sent out for cleaning and returned the next day. Our luggage and shoes were to be treated. after contacting management two more times nothing had been done and was told that Eco labs could not treat the items. Upon departing an assistant Mgr. JC began to tell us all kinds of stories about what he was told, He reimburse us for 2 nights of the 3 nights we stayed in the bug infested room. He said that Eco Labs could not go into the room because our clothing was in the room, which was a lie. He told us that Eco Labs could not treat our bags or shoes. And wanted to know if i gave them my address to return the items to us, and why would that be when they had already told us twice that it could not be done. Security informed us that it could take up to 3 months for an external investigation, and in the event that we brought bed bugs back to our home we should contact them. The Manager never told us we would be compensated for the 4 pieces luggage, 2 backpack and 12 pairs of shoes and belts left at the hotel. I would not recommend Green Valley Ranch due to their lack of cleanliness and safety procedures. They offered us our luggage and shoes untreated to take home, we declined.
