Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We stayed in a double queen on Friday, Sept 25, and checked out on the 26th. I noticed an itchy, raised, stingy bump that looked like a spider bite at first. Very irritating. Today, I checked it again because it hasn't gone down. It has three or four itty bitty bites in a cluster. I did not check the bed, but I did check your website. I have found no evidence as of yet of any bed bugs. I did take pictures. I did call the hotel and ask them to do a check of the room. The gentleman said he would do some checking and get back to me. He called me back within six minutes to tell me that there have been no reports and they didn't see anything. I'm worried that six minutes wasn't long enough to check the room thoroughly. Please let me know what you find out because not only did we pay $122 for the room, but we had other people's children staying with us. I will continue to check my daughter.
