This happened Monday, August 26th. My husband and I stayed here for a total of 4 hours. Found a bedbug when I got up to get ready for bed. Now I have four bites. The management did not handle it at all. The employee would not admit it was a bedbug and I never heard anything from any manager despite being reassured he would call us.

1. I began noticing this on 5/1/25. I informed the manager that next day 5/2/25 and showed him photos and he said that they are probably ants.. again on the 3rd of that I went back in there and I said look I've got bites on me and I need the vacuum or some bug spray or something to get rid of these things because they're attacking in my sleep and I don't even want to be in my room. He said are you sure they're not fleas and I said no because fleas jump and I did the Google lens and I know exactly what these creatures are because Google told me and also YouTube videos. Management was in denial and said that he would have the maintenance man defog the room and that was supposed to be on Saturday while this never happened until Sunday the 3rd. The maintenance man put three bed bug & flea foggers in the motel room.. however... None of the bedding was removed from both beds.. they were still sheets on the bed there was the bottom skirts like the beds have not been pulled away from the walls drawers were not open like he literally just put the defogger in here and left nobody came back in there to check on it nobody brought me a new linen nothing. I went to the front desk to ask if I could please get some blankets and they said you have to wait till 9:00 tomorrow morning when housekeeping is here and I said Robin receipts and no blankets because I threw them out to the side of the hallway here because they are discussing and I said I also don't have any pillows or tell him he said I just have to wait till the morning at 9:00 and then I was like working I use the bathroom and he said no we're not allowed to loan the vacuum out, because it's a rule. I was like so I'm not allowed to get any cleaning spray and I can't get any vacuum and one of the front desk clerk said you just go buy a vacuum and I said why should I have to buy a vacuum whenever this is not my problem this is obviously in the station and a bug issue that's been here long before I arrived. Well it was hard but I was able to convince management to please let me move into any other room with this one because I had not slept in 2 days answer they move me to remember 206 but the thing about that is it was worse than 131. I mean way worse than I've got photos to prove it for both rooms.
