Stayed at the hotel 1/24-1/27. Got my first bite the first day, but assumed it was a spider or something as I only had one. By the last day I had 3, and the last night, I found a bedbug in my bed at 2am. Took it to the front desk in a tissue, and showed them. They offered to move me, I just left, as I was leaving that morning anyway. After a week, they finally comped my stay. I ended with 7 bites on my right arm, 5 on my left. 2 on my face/neck, and one on my ankle. 1 week after being home, I found one in my bedroom. Sent that photo to the hotel. The GM is non-responsive other than saying she comped my room. This was a business trip. I have since been using the Marriott across the street. Another coworker of mine found 4 bugs in their room at the same Hampton. We are notifying our company to not use this hotel. They will not reimburse me for lost personal items nor address the bug found in my home. I had asked for information on whether they exterminated in the hotel, thinking I could stay there again, but no follow up on that either. Horrible management, does not take this safety issue seriously.

On April 4th live bed bugs found in blanket in zipped plastic bag in closet; lots of them. The room was dirty and not maintained. We left after getting a refund.
