Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in with grandsons on Friday, March 17,2017. Grandson noticed bug on wall (actually 2). Internet didn't work so when I went down to use the office PC to print the boys boarding passes I looked up bedbugs. Went back to room and took picture, and returned to office and showed them Asked for another room, was refused as hotel was booked, as for refund but was told it not refundable because booked online, we threatened to call health department (in presence of waiting guests). The manager came out and provided a paper to give us a refund, which was confirmed the following day be Expedia.
