01/29/23 Room 205 at 06:30 AM. My sister woke up complaining about being bitten by bed bugs. She noticed there was bite marks on her left arm. She checked the bed she was sleeping in and found a big bed bug on the side of the bed she was sleeping. She started screaming immediately. We hurried and got dressed to get out of this room. Before we left, I took a video and pictures of this bed bug. Told management and they told me to call the online service that I paid for the room and request a refund. Super travel refunded my money and put it back on my credit card.

2025-10-11 My son is on choir tour with Purdue and found a bedbug in his bag this morning AND on the bed. He took the bedbug in a cup to the front desk and the attendant said “Oops sorry.”
