My sister and I went and stayed May 23-25,2021. When we checked in on Sunday the room 1006 was freezing, and the carpet had a wet feeling to it. The white curtain at the window was covered in mold all over the bottom,this was something we could overlook but it was the bedbugs we found in our beds that broke us from wanting to stay our last night there and we left after having to make a report with security. They came and looked at the room and took a statement which they acted like they didn't care that we had been in a room with bedbugs, I have stayed here many times in the past and always pay for my rooms and never have had these kinds of problems before. Also housekeeping didn't clean the room or do the beds like they were suppose to because there was leftover cookie pieces that were at the side wall of the bed and NO fitted sheet on the mattress. We had pictures and video of said bed bugs along with actual bedbugs in a cup I collected while waiting on the people to make the report and they still acted as if the whole thing was made up and NOT a big deal. I was extremely upset with how they handled this matter.
