October 11th, 2025 Checked in, had dirty sheets asked front desk for a change. She didnt have any staff to change them, so she gave us clean sheets to do it. Took our stuff up, and then we had a team dinner to get to. After we were done our daughter went up to the room and saw a bug crawling on her bed. Immediately she came and got me. We went up and it was still there. Found a baggie and put it in there and took it to the front desk. She stated she couldn't do anything without management. We removed our bags from the room and looked around more and found a BUNCH more. Dead and alive. We've tried to get ahold of management and 0 replies. Nothing has been resolved. I would recommend another hotel.

October 11th, 2025 Checked in went up to the room checked everything out, sheets were dirty so asked for new ones. No one else on staff to change them, so she gave us nee sheets to change ourselves. Went down to lobby area for a team dinner. Daughter went back up to the room and came back down immediately and said there was a bug on her bed. Went up and it was still crawling around on the bed. Put it in a baggie and took it down to the front desk. Said there wasn't really anything they can do. Got all our things out of the room, found even more bed bugs. Dead and alive. Would not recommend staying here, management has been nothing but a headache.
