Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Dates of stay 2/16/2023 to 2/20/2023. Kept on waking up to red itchy welts on my back. On our last day there my grandson found a bedbug on the bed. We killed the bed bug and I took it down and showed the manager who ended up comping our stay.

Stayed August 22 and checked out August 23. On the morning of checkout, I found a bed bug in the room and immediately notified the front desk. They seemed concerned and told me they would alert management and follow up with me. By Tuesday, August 25, I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I called the hotel and explained the situation again. I was told I would be transferred to Anez, the AGM. I left a voicemail, but 24 hours later, on August 26, I still had not received a return call. When I called again, the person I spoke with was surprisingly rude and defensive for no apparent reason. I was told that the reason Anez hadn't returned my call was because she "doesn't have an answer for me as of yet." Finding a bed bug in a hotel room is concerning enough. Having to repeatedly contact the hotel just to get a response from management makes the experience considerably worse. Very disappointing experience, particularly the lack of follow-up after reporting a bed bug.
