On two separate occasions housekeeping was told on 11/5/2020 we took our belongings out do to bedbugs we went out of town for family emergency returned and on 11/12/2020 nothing had been done my husband went to the blonde manager told her we made housekeeping aware on the 5th and just returned and she is the rudest nasty manager I've delt with told us we could find another acommadations I spoke up after working with resort in vermont and being a supervisor and attending weekly osha safety meetings so I could properly train my staff to recognize signs for bedbugs I told her I can contact the department of health and all of a sudden this blonde lousy management leader desides to offer her two maintenance boys to fix the problem they brought 1 spray can and sprayed the mattress and box spring and removed the headboard from the wall sprayed it put it back on the wall pushed the bed back and said anything else we can help you with I left immediately my concern is that hotel is infested and blonde management isn't informing guests wether 211 or not and allowing a huge problem for the community and treats people like dirt yes it's embarrassing but you fix the problem not ignore it I hope for all the guests sakes it gets taken care of properly not half as... no guest deserves to have management whom has knowledge of bedbugs and could be making arrangements to get rid of the bedbugs instead she's failing to inform people and allowing the public to get infested.
