On Christmas, December 25, 2018 around 11pm, we found a bed bug (pictured) on the bed in our room. Called downstairs to ask for assistance, and no one was sent up. We put the bed bug in a cup and brought it downstairs. The manager wouldn’t come to the front desk to speak to us until we told her we physically had a bed bug with us (otherwise she just wanted to send housekeeping to address it). When we finally spoke to the manager, she said that because we booked through expedia, all she would do was move us to another room. No comps, no refunds, no extra credits, nothing. In addition, she told us that because they “constantly treat” their rooms, the reason there was a bed bug in our room was because of one visitor and the other rooms would be fine to stay in. IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT BED BUGS, you know this isn’t true!! Bed bugs spread very quickly, and if it’s in one room, it is in more! If we’d spent the night, we could have woken up with bites all over us and taken them home. I would HIGHLY recommend not staying here, doesn’t seem like they truly care about the situation!!

On 9/17/19 Got Bites from Bedbugs reported and filed complaints. Security collected Adult Stage Bug. Went to Emergency Room. Pictures and Video of Bites No Success in Getting in Contact with Supervisor.
