Stayed July 4 2018 in room 216 was moved to a seperare room but it had them as well,ask staff if it was bed bug spay we smelled,was told no,blood on pillows and beds,had to toss luggage and shoes,got bite marks and guy at desk act like its a daily thing.rooms are full of bugs.

Stayed one night in a room on the 4th floor for work -- I think it was 425 or 427. Woke up with bites all over my arms and hands. Very itchy. I had checked the room for bedbugs before staying but checked it again more thoroughly--pulling out the mattress and boxspring. The mattress had a bedbug cover but was ripped at the top. After extensive searching with a flashlight I spotted one live bedbug at the edge of one of the rips on the cover. Immediately phoned the desk and was moved to a suite (room 404). Management stated they would deal with it immediately. Checked the new room extensively and did not experience any more bedbug bites. I keep my luggage in plastic bags and all my clothes in plastic bags, but still cooked everything in the hot car and treated at home just in case. Hopefully I did not bring any home with me. Haven't decided if I will stay there again for work.

Woke up on Tuesday 2/19/19 to find 2 bed bugs crawling on my body. I reported to front desk who sent the "executive house keeper" who then informed me that they "had not had any problems in a while". She would not disclose how many infestations they previously experienced. The Hotel manager I spoke to on the way out said "I'm very surprised that there are any bed bugs since we replaced all the mattress' and bedding last year" This statement speaks for itself. I called the room less than 24 hours after to learn that they had sold the room again.
