Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Saturday 7/20/19 at 5am. I woke up in the middle of the night scratching my arms. I sat up and my stomach began to itch. I was covered in bites and found a bedbug in my shirt. I alerted the hotel immediately. When the manager called me the next day at 2pm he said there has never been any report of bedbugs. i have over 40 bites on my body.

06/25/2020 Room 110. Woke up at 430 am with my calf and foot very itchy. Got us to search the bed and found a bed bug. I have 5 bites and daughter has 2. Told front desk and said I would have to wait until the manager comes in the morning for a refund.
