6/22/2017-6/28/2017 We were in town for a week. After the 3rd night there, I was laying in bed around 6pm and actually saw a bed bug crawling on the white bedding. I caught, captured in a plastic bag and took it to the hotel staff. She said she would show the manager. We were moved to a suite. By this time bites started showing all over me. On 6/28 I spoke with the manager, she discounted our rate greatly and said hotel staff would be up in 1 hours to inspect or new room after I showed her my bites. 2 hours later they hadn't arrived and we were checking out. Once home, I emailed more pics and she trolled saying we would get a full refund but it would take a few days. She said pest control came out but found no bed bug.
