Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

March 4, 2015 at about 4am woke up and saw a bug crawling on my pillow. After googling what it was turns out it was a bed bug. Couldn't leave the hotel at that time so front desk switched my room but couldn't sleep cause of fear of finding more bedbugs.

On the evening of 10/19/2017 I was sitting on my bed watching TV when I looked over and saw a bed bug running across one of the pillows. After killing the bug I stripped the bed, searched all the bedding, around the bed and my suitcase and belongings without finding any more. I informed the front desk and the woman on duty was very apologetic and assured me that I would be moved immediately and the room placed out of service. I searched my new room on the 2nd floor thoroughly and did not find anything else st this time. I am glad I left most of my belongings secured inside my suitcase this week and am grateful for the assistance I received from the staff.
