Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Over 75 bites in one night on me and over 20 on my girlfriend. They are extremely painful and I found dead bed bugs in the mattress seams. This experience has really ruined our vacation and we are worried about taking them home with us.

Disgusting, had rooms on a, couple floors. We all got a few to a lot of bites. So unsanitary and unprofessional. Rooms were super gross too.

Stayed the 18th thru the 21st. truly one of the worst US motels I have ever stayed in. Bugs bites everywhere. Staff didn't care. This place should be condemned. First night asked for extra pillow, they claimed they have no extras. (I call that a clue). Sheets were not changed. I made a report with the department of health. I am involved in EMS and I know what I am looking at.
