Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

6/20/2021 bedbugs were seen and reported to Hotel management. Manager was helpful, by helping me get refunded, but Room director SS was very rude and unprofessional about the whole situation.

We have stayed at this property many times over the years. Recently we’ve noticed a decline in cleanliness and upkeep. On 11 October 2025 my daughter woke up to a bite on her face. The immediate thought was it’s a mosquito bite. Then on the morning of 12 October 2025. My daughter woke up at 4 am complaining of a bite to her back and finger. I woke up to check her bed and found and killed a bed bug. Didn’t realize this room suffered from an ant infestation also. Left some covered pizza on the table like always. All over it. In all the years of patronizing this hotel. This is the first time I ever experienced a problem like this. Made the staff aware at checkout and they dismissed the bed bug issue but said they will inspect for ants.
