I stayed in the Tuscan Towers (12th floor)at the Peppermill in late July 2016 and brought home a nightmare that has turned my world upside down (mentally and financially). I stayed in a room with two queen beds on the 12th floor. My friend ended up with three classic bed bug welts on her face and 3 days after I returned home I found a bed bug crawling on top of my comforter. I filed a formal report to the hotel and was told I would receive a call from the manager. It's now been 2 months and I haven't heard a peep from the hotel. The exterminators that I have been working with agreed the bug likely came from my most recent trip as I had no evidence of an infestation and my friend had evidence of bites. Thousands of dollars and 2 months later I am trying to heal from what was once of the most awful experiences. Thank goodness I discovered it early and don't keep a lot of clutter so I had the best case scenario of the worst situation. I HIGHLY suggest keeping your distance from this hotel. I know many hotels have bed bugs but the fact that they ignored my concern and formal report is disappointing. It says a lot about their customer service.

We stayed in room 337 June 23 at Peppermill 2019. I woke up with bites on my legs, stomach and chest. I reported to casino. They’re investigating.

I wrote something yesterday about bedbugs at Peppermill. I went to Dr. today. I had over 50 bedbug bites. Peppermill has not contacted me.
