Stayed at Rodeway Inn on 12/21/18. Started getting bitten about an hour after checking in, approx 12 am. Bites all over my back, neck, arms. My bf also was bitten over 20 times. Investigated the beds and found numerous bedbugs. We took pictures and spoke to management. We requested a refund and informed staff that we would make a report to the Health Dept. The hotel staff said they would have pest control examine the room and treat for an infestation. As of this time they have not processed a refund despite us having to throw out all the clothes we were wearing valued at over $300.

I checked-in the Rodeway Inn on April 11, 2026 for an overnight stay. At approximately 12;30am on April 12th, I started itching on several spots on my upper body. I got up out of the bed and looked in the mirror. I saw what I initially thought were mosquito bites. I laid back down. Each time I laid down, the itching started in different places (upper body, face, leg). Each time I felt a different itch, I got up, looked in the mirror and checked the bed. At approximately 5:50am, I got up again because I was itching in a different spot. This time, I pulled the sheets further back and saw a bed bug. I immediately recorded it and called the front desk. Will, the receptionist, came to my room, saw the dead bed bug and the numerous bites. He told me that he would report the incident to the manager and the manager would call me. He also stated that because the hotel was completely booked, he couldn't move me to another room. At approximately 9:15am, while checking-out, I told the receptionist that I wanted to speak with the manager prior to leaving the premises. He called the manager while I was standing there. When he hung up the phone he told me that the manager was busy and would call me around 10:30am. The manager called me at 12:00am and stated that the only thing that he could do was to give me a complete refund for the two (2) rooms that I had booked. He told me that the refund would take several days to show on my card.
