Found about 6 bed bugs in bed after sitting on bed. Reported to front desk, refund was issued with no problems.

First we were placed in rooms 133 and 135. After my aunt sighted a bedbug in room 135 we were all moved up TWO FLOORS to rooms 109 and 115. A family member awoke to use the bathroom and turned on the lights which woke me up. In the corned of my eye I sighted something I thought was like a chocolate crumb from my 4 year old cousin. Looking closer I realized it was a fully gorged bedbug just sitting on the comforter. Immediately got up from the bed, captured it in a cup and never laid back down. In the process of moving to a new room at 4 in the morning but highly doubt I will be able to sleep again in ANY of these disgusting beds. Clearly an infestation! Moved a whole two floors up and still seeing bedbugs everywherE AS WELL AS BITES! JUST GROSS.

12/31/20 — 2 am — We found bed bugs in the bed AFTER laying in it. We took several videos and promptly left the room. We counted at least 8 that we could see. We should have known by the musty smell when we walked in that something was wrong. The woman at the front desk was very understanding and offered to move us, but we just asked for a refund and left. Very jarring experience.
