My girlfriend and I are seeking legal representation to pursue claims against Extended Stay America regarding severe premises liability, bodily injury, property destruction, and breach of long-term stay contract at their Bellevue–Factoria, Washington location. Summary of Facts & Timeline Contractual Stay: We had a long-term contract stay at the Extended Stay America Bellevue–Factoria location scheduled from May 18, 2026, through October 3, 2026. Repeated Pest Infestations & Injuries: Early June 2026: I was bitten by a spider while in the room. Early July 2026: I suffered a second spider bite in the room. Bed Bug Outbreak: Both Sandy and I suffered extensive bed bug infestations. I personally sustained over 30 painful, inflamed bed bug bites across my body, causing severe physical discomfort, emotional distress, and disruption of sleep. Abrupt Removal / Contract Termination (July 7, 2026): On July 7, 2026, hotel management abruptly terminated our contract and forced us off the premises without proper cause, long before our agreed end date of October 3, 2026. Destruction of Personal Belongings: As a result of the severe bed bug infestation and the sudden removal, thousands of dollars worth of our personal clothing and high-value shoes were infested, ruined, and destroyed. Lack of Corporate Response: We immediately escalated this to Extended Stay America Corporate. It has now been over three weeks with zero corporate response, accountability, or attempt to resolve or compensate us for our injuries and property losses. Claims & Damages Sought We are seeking legal counsel to assist us in recovering: Medical expenses, pain, suffering, and emotional distress caused by repeated spider and bed bug bites. Full financial reimbursement for thousands of dollars in destroyed clothing, footwear, and personal property. Damages for breach of contract, wrongful eviction/ouster, and violations of Washington state consumer protection and premises liability standards. We have maintained documentation, medical/bite details, contract receipts, and evidence of our attempts to reach corporate.
