December 2, 2017 9:00 pm Live bed bug found on sheets. Killed the bug, confirmed that it was a bedbug by checking pics online. Took dead bug to front desk so that they could show it to their exterminator. They were apologetic and voluntarily refunded the cost of our room but didn’t have another room available so they called other hotels and found several with vacancies. We ended up driving to another LaQuinta in Louisiana since we had a puppy traveling with us and many hotels don’t allow pets.

05/28/2021 9pm went to hotel check in went to room pulled back sheets and mattress away from wall.Started looking and immediately found a juvenile bed bug.Took picture went back to lobby reported it to manager requested refund and left. its now 05/31/2021 and still do not have my refund

11/28/2022 When we pulled down the bedding there was bed bugs very visible. We requested to change rooms. Room 128 across the hall. That room also had bed bugs. We decided to leave.
