March 29, 2020 6:00 pm Booked a 2 night stay at Comfort Suites Airport Wichita. After first night, I was lying in bed when I noticed a bug crawling right next to my head. I jumped up and took pictures. Immediately checked out with friendly front desk clerk. However, the manager ignored my emails, and when I called a couple days later to speak to her, she told me they would refund the night I DID NOT stay, which was due to the bedbug crawling right next to my head, but she WOULD NOT REFUND MY FIRST NIGHT, which obviously still had at least the one bed bug, I just hadn’t seen it yet. I can’t believe that level of customer service. I will obviously never stay there again and will advise out of town visitors from staying there. I told the manager, I think her name is Brianna, that I wasn’t satisfied without a refund for the first night and her response was that there was no way for her to do that, and that they had taken the pillow out of the room and called pest control, as if that has anything to do with my night there. Again, can’t believe such poor customer care and I will be following up at a corporate level.
