First of all, there were no handicap rooms available and they gave us a room on the second floor. My husband and I checked into hotel at 2:15am, August 30 2015. Upon arriving in the room, the heat was turned all the way up and the air was difficult to breath. Trash was still in waste basket, the bedspread was ruffled as if someone had been on the bed. My husband got in the bed to sleep while I went to get ice down the hall. When I returned, my husband was asleep and I noticed he would swat and scratch different parts of his body. I pulled back the sheets and saw that several bed bugs were on him. Some bugs were dead with blood splatter on the sheets. Others were full of blood and on him. I then woke him, we left the room, informed management, verified the bugs with the janitor and checked out of the hotel at 4:32am.
