Date 9/23/17 My son and his girlfriend had an actual bed bug in their bed (the took a photo of it and flushed it down the toilet). His girlfriend had bites on her hand and I had one on my forearm. I told the staff at the front desk, and he responded by saying, " all I can do is have the sheets changed at this time." We checked out.

On January 16, 2026 my daughter and her boyfriend were staying in room #305 when he called me around 12:30 am and stated he seen a bug on the bed, I went into their room and looked behind the headboard where the carpet goes up the wall, and there was approx 6 live bed bugs crawling. I called the front desk immediately and was told they had no other rooms available, I asked to speak to a manager to request a full refund and I was told I had to email him, or call back in the morning. I checked out of the property, called today and was told no manager was on duty that I had to call next week on Wednesday and maybe he would be in the office then. The property staff are very unprofessional, rude, and clearly the GM is rarely present at the property and does not handle customer concerns

January 16, 2026 our family checked into the hotel at 9:00 p.m. the hotel smelled terrible of marijuana and the hotel was run down not up to date and disgusting. At 12:15 a.m. my son in law was awaken by something biting him in the bed, it was confirmed a bed bug, hotel desk staff was made aware, and refused to do anything about it, I made numerous attempts to contact the manager, he is not available to talk, and the staff states they don’t know when he will be there. I have sent emails with no response. This hotel needs to be shut down, it is beyond unsafe for anyone to be staying, let alone to pay to stay there.
