1. Our Family of 4 stayed here the night of 6/12. The room was dated and unclean. Upon waking up in the morning, my daughter noticed blackish specks under her, which smudged onto the sheet when squished. The smudges were rusty red, pink, and blackish/brownish. We packed up immediately. At our next stop, I shook her favorite blanket out in the bathtub (where I could see better against the white of the bathtub), and there were literally poppyseed sized bed bugs appearing in the tub.) 2. I notified the front desk clerk at checkout. He did nothing except told me to call the manager later when the manager would be there. I followed his instructions and called about an hour after checkout and the manager wasn’t there yet. I called again about a 1/2 hour later and left him a voicemail. I haven’t heard back yet. This was by far the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
