Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We checked in on Saturday 3/5/22 at 1:00. We were in room 328. We woke up the next morning to bed bug bites and three bugs on my daughters pillow. we checked out at 930 am 3/6/22. I let the front desk know and they took $50 off my bill.

I stayed here several nights the end of July 2022 in Room #328. I woke up day 2 with bites on my arms. I was fine the first night (that I’m aware of), then my AC went out the second night and I switched beds and woke up with several bites on my arms. The bites were in rows and only on my arms. They blistered almost immediately. They also worsened. They’re swollen, infected and severely itchy now. This is extremely disappointing, painful, uncomfortable, and embarrassing. I sincerely wish I had stayed elsewhere. It was also a surprise to show up to find the pool and hot tub out of service, no turn down service from short staffing, plus bedbugs. I was even more shocked to find another report for this hotel in the exact same room number?! 10/10 do not recommend taking the risk. Hopefully we get a credit like the previous victim.
