Dates of Stay: August 13 – August 29, 2025 Room Number: 321 During my stay at Quality Inn Tracy, my experience was unacceptable, unsafe, and has caused me lasting physical and emotional harm: Bed Bugs and Mites – I discovered bed bugs and mites around my bed and bathroom. Both myself and my service dog suffered multiple, severe bites that left hard welts and itching sores. This has been the worst infestation I have ever experienced. The constant itching and pain disrupted my sleep and has left me traumatized. Personal Belongings Destroyed – Because of the infestation, I was forced to throw away thousands of dollars’ worth of personal items, including designer clothes, shoes, and even luggage. My Louis Vuitton luggage was found infested with bed bugs inside. This property loss adds to the devastating impact of my stay. Failure to Relocate Promptly – When I reported the issue, the night staff delayed moving me for a week. When I was finally moved, the new room reeked of cigarette smoke, had a broken TV, dirty bedding, and a used condom on the AC unit. Emotional and Mental Toll – Beyond the physical bites, this experience has left me with severe anxiety, stress, and fear. I regret ever choosing this location. Reviews online were mixed, but I selected this hotel for what I thought would be a safe, long-term stay while waiting for the acquisition of my property. Instead, it turned out to be the worst decision of my life. I have documented everything with photos and videos. I am demanding a full refund immediately and have already begun consulting with an attorney. Warning to others: Do not stay here under any circumstances. This hotel is infested, unsafe, and a complete health hazard
