On September 9, 2017, the 2nd night of our stay, we saw an insect crawling on a bed sheet. We concluded it was a bed bug based on internet images. (My son later noticed two bites around his ankle that were very itchy.) We notified the front desk, and they provided us keys to a new room, 711, where we noticed what appeared to be blood spots on the box spring cover, which could have been evidence of bed bug activity. We then decided to relocate to another hotel. Hotel management did not interact with us throughout this experience, and it appeared to us that the hotel has no protocols in place for dealing with situations like this. We were told at the front desk that the hotel would be writing a report of the incident that they would send to us. As of 11 days later, we hadn't received this report, nor had management responded when we followed up via email.

I stayed at this hotel sun aug 15 2021 into mon aug 16 2021. On way home I noticed odd bites on my arm. I did call hotel next day - Tuesday 17 th and told them about bites. They did bring in their people to check and it was confirmed to me that bed bugs were in room.
