2025-10-17 Making the bed after 1st night and found a large adult bug on one of the pillows. I tore both beds apart and cannot find any obvious signs of infestation, but there is never just one. Captured the bug in a cup and gave it to the front desk who stated an inspector was out 2 days ago with a dog, specifically checking the second floor per housekeeping request, and found nothing. They know they have a problem, and are at least trying to be proactive. I have bites on my neck and back. I cannot post photos, unfortunately.
