06/29/17 - I stayed at the Hampton Inn and suites and was bitten several times. After waking up throughout the night. I complained to the front desk and was offered a different room for the night. Although most of the staff was very accommodating, the manager refused the claim of bed bugs until today (7/3/2017). She did contact me to confirm the infestation of bed bugs in the room I previously occupied.

8/10 Found on a towel in the bathroom a juvenile bed bug. Took picture and took towel to manager who said that it wasn’t but clearly it was and tied the bag up in a bag. Did move our room however was very non chalent we have never had bed bugs and that isn’t a bed bug response didn’t make us feel like they would thoroughly investigate.
