I\'ve stayed multiple times for business. Staff is great, rooms are reasonably clean and beds comfortable. Good value. But can\'t go back again. Found bed bugs while lying on bed watching tv. Staff immediately moved me to another room on another floor which I inspected closely. I would have moved to another hotel but it was late at night and I was tired. Couldn\'t get a good night\'s sleep thou and can\'t go back. I hope they clean it up for the staff\'s sake, they are great.

Stayed at this hotel twice now. Most recent stay was 12/19/19...all seemed good until later that day my wife noticed bites on my arm in a pattern. After looking them up online, sure enough, bed bug bites. Quickly quarantined my luggage, washed, disinfected and discarded my suitcase. I called the hotel who was very apologetic and said they would spray the room. Bites have since healed and no other signs.

6/7/2022 Developed bites after staying one night in Room 209. Checked the bed when I got back to the hotel and found an adult bed bug on the bed I slept in. The 2-3 bites that developed early in the day turned into 10-12 bites by the evening. From my understanding, a single bed bug wouldn't be able to do that much in one night. This nest has likely been growing for a few weeks. I was moved to a different room far away from ground zero and the new room had no signs of bugs. Always make sure to check for bugs before sleeping in a new hotel. Even if it's supposed to be a renowned hotel chain.
