7/16 Me and my wife stayed one night and got there at 4pm took out our belongings and left them in room. Took a walk to buy some snacks .. came back and sat on the bed didn’t notice at first until my wife sat on the bed and immediately started itching. she had welts on her back .. we didn’t. Want to complain we tried to tough it out. we each took showers and watched tv then got ready for bed but then she pulled the sheets back. There’s was no comforter on the bed only 3 sheets and then I started to feel them everywhere on my face and my wife started welting up .. we looked on the bed and seen bunch of red spots and bedbug skeletons we looked at the. Box spring and noticed big red spots .. we were embarrassed to complain but we had to … we told the front desk and she sent the security to confirmed and they came back and confirmed and she gave us another room ..we were hesitant to accept. I didn’t want to stay another night after seeing what we saw we asked for our money back and they declined said cuz we checked in at 4pm .. the next room was even worse .. we left and spent the night in our car.
