Bedbug Reviews

There were bedbugs fm found in my bed as well as blood stains in the mattress. When telling the front clerk that assured me that a customer possible brought on in because they are indeed bedbug free. They gave me a new room because when I asked for a refund they let me know that they couldn't refund me my money but they could give me a new room. In my new room me and my fiancé inspected the beds and found another live bed bug in less than 2 mins we made a police report and my goal is just to inform everyone. Two more customers came down to complain about the same issue while we were talking about the bed bug issue. It's an infestation bc room 101 and 165 are on opposite sides of the hotel.
