Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My daughter had bites on her body in the morning at 7:00 am on 07/02/2017. We got cautious about the bed bugs and requested management to address and they sent maintenance. Eventually bed bugs were detected and found. The room is changed but what guarantees that the other room would have no bugs. Hotel has sold so poor quality of maintenance with so high priced rooms with bed bugs

8/10/19 Woke up with a line of itchy red bumps. Sprayed the room bc suspected it was a mosquito but found bed bugs instead. Reported to hotel and said they would send maintenance the next MORNING! They treated us as if this was a reoccurring incident. Horrible experience!!
