We stayed in room 246 for 3 12 weeks no problems we switched rooms to 254 because of noise 3 days later my wife and I have bites went to the E.R. doctor said that they were bed bug bites I brought attention to Jonathan the gm and he asked why I went to ER their not bed bug. Bites now I switched rooms back to246 after two weeks in 254 cleaned my things and now we are not getting bit . they say it must be something else

I discovered bed bug bites on September 21, 2025 around 10am. I reported it immediately to the front desk and they said "management" wasn't available. They later claimed that pest control found no evidence but I have several, painful bites. They refused a refund.
