9/19/2023 Room 134 there was an infestation of bed bugs. We have bites that are very itchy and red and swollen on our backs, arms, legs, even my scalp. We were not offered a refund. We were given a different room and $20 off of our stay. I think that really sucks considering the fact that we have had to now spend a lot of money washing ALL of our clothes and drying them all and we had to throw items out. We have been in an unfortunate situation which is preventing from having many other options for where to stay. We have spent a great deal of money for a few weeks so i feel entitled to at least a few days or a week free. Considering all the items that had to be trashed and the money spent to clean all of our stuff, not to mention all the bites all over our bodies. We were given a different room, it seems to be a bit better but i’m definitely on my guard now. That room has since been cleaned , everything (beds , the bases the beds sit on, the linens, everything seems to have bee thrown out so they did address the bed bug issue it appears.
