Stayed may 30 th 2025 a few hours after check-in laying on bed felt something crawling on us and start itching my husband and i started inspecting the mattress and room found bed bugs and lots of roaches . went downstairs to inform the front desk. We were in room 420 so we were given another room down the hall room 401 within minutes of walking in sitting on the bed and opening up the nightstand we were covered in bugs went downstairs very upset. Told the front desk guy to please walk upstairs with me which he did not want to do. He said he had one more room that he could give us but on the fourth floor as well that was room 401. I went upstairs check the mattress, dresser, and nightstand. It also had bugs as well. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge. He inform me that there was nobody there that I would have to wait till morning there was no way I was staying any longer in the hotel the next morning the lady called the owner. He said he would not be back until Monday and he would refund my money as I didn't even stay the second night at all the first night. I only stayed a few hours. give us to say I have called every day since then left messages. The owner has not called me back and my money has not been refunded. This hotel has terrible management is filthy and full of bugs
