On Monday, November 10, 2025 I stayed at this hotel in room 207. Around 11pm I found three bed bugs in the bed with me. One on the sheets and two on the pillows. I immediately checked out and notified the staff. I was refunded my night’s stay. The staff didn’t seemed overly concerned. The hotel room was outdated and appeared clean. I didn’t notice any bugs upon check in during my initial inspection but they came out once the lights were completely out.

Sunday December 14 at 745 pm my 13 yr old daughter saw a bug and videoed it crawling on her bed. It was clear translucent and walking. We looked it up and it was an adult with a shed skin. It was our 3rd night at the hotel. We arrived Friday December 12. After packing I reported to manager. They said I was not correct, and asked me if I was checking out. They told me no refunds. I went back up to the room to check mattress and found more evidence. I asked to fill out an incident report and he said there isn’t one. I found she’d skin's of bedbugs and bedbug fevers under the sheets. Disgusting. We need to get new suitcases, and replace clothing to not infest our entire home.
