Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My son Has bedbug bites from our stay on this hotel on March 30 through April 1, 2024, they moved us to another room before we got to room 605 because the other room had mold on the ceiling 605 had Dirty carpet and red spots on the ceiling. They said they were going to clean them the following date which they never did. I haven’t been able to reach a manager since. I submit my complaining to customer service on my Hilton app, a representative from Hilton customer service said that the manager was going to reach out in three days which she never did. I reach out to the hotel to try to talk to the manager until now haven’t being able to talk to the manager front desk, said that she was going to reach back to me. They haven’t called me back and I haven’t been able to talk to her. room 605
