February 16, 2019 5:00 a.m. Woke up to a feeling of itching and found 2 bugs on the bed in room #429. I was not sure what it was so I called the front desk. They sent maintenance up to the room who in turn found 3 more bugs but couldn't / wouldn't confirm if they were bed bugs. We were told that management would call a pest control company in the morning to inspect the room plus the adjoining room that we also had rented to see if the bugs were bed bugs. We checked out of the hotel and was called by management the next day who confirmed that the bugs were bed bugs and we were just told to make sure we wash all of our clothes in hot water. At this time, we are working with the hotel to see what our next steps are or what we should do if we end up finding them once we get home.
