11am 10/29/17 Late check in the night before. Found first bug upon waking. Kept the second one alive to show hotel staff. Comped entire bill, they said that room wasn't suppose to be booked. Found another 5 large bugs while packing up.

On 10/22/19 my wife and i were woke up to the feeling of things crawling in us. We got up and found that we had been bitten in our sleep but what can be describe as bed bug bites. We brought up to the cleaning lady did not get her name she said she would let the front desk know, we assumed someone would come and check on us they never came . We went to the front desk and was greeted by Cris in a very nasty way, she made it as if we were the problem we were only trying to speak with a manager and be refunded for the rest of our stay, we got the room for 6 nights and stayed 3 .Cris in her words was straight forward and had no idea what service and hospitality is she had an attitude as if we blamed her when we just needed to talk with someone in charge i was told to call after three and no answer at all at the hotel.

01/24/2020 I woke the morning of 01/25/20 with a red spot peaking from my tattoo. Not thinking anything of it I went about my day. I woke up 01/26 and had multiple spots on my arms, face, torso. I felt sick and started googling bed bugs as I have never seen or dealt with them. I checked where google said and sure enough live bugs. I scooped them up on my room key and immediately took them to the manager. His exact words were “oh, well we have been spraying for them” So they knowingly put me in rooms with active infestation!!!! He only offered to refund my stay.
