Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We stayed on the night of Sep 10th-11th, 2025. I noticed some marks on the back of my right calf on the morning of the 11th and didn't think much of it. I woke up on the morning of the 12th with more marks on my right forearm. I went to my Primary care provided, who informed me that my bites were bed bugs bites. I immediately called the hotel and talked to a front desk staff, who told me that the manager wasn't in, but instructed me to leave a voicemail, and gave me his email address. He told me I would get a call back. I emailed and sent him pictures. I got no reply or call back. I called again on Sept 14th, and again, I was told he wasn't available.
